Joe Jones
Co-Founder, CEO
Joe Jones is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Lead Architect of StreamSettle, an accelerator-backed platform modernizing dispute resolution through proprietary Triple-Blind technology. As a Board Certified Trial Lawyer with nearly 15 years of litigation experience, Joe invented StreamSettle’s triple-blind protocol to solve the structural posturing that stalls traditional settlement negotiations. Under his leadership, StreamSettle has onboarded law firms across the nation, initiated pilots with major auto insurance carriers, and graduated from elite startup programs—including the Global Insurance Accelerator (GIA) and the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL), both of which rank among Time’s top 15 startup accelerator programs in the world. Joe brings a rare blend of trial advocacy, product architecture, and tactical execution to legal technology. He is the Founding Partner of Jones & Koch Law Firm and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served as a military defense attorney, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. He holds degrees from Texas A&M University (B.B.A. Accounting) and South Texas College of Law (J.D.), and is a Board Certified Trial Lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization—a distinction held by less than 7% of Texas attorneys. Joe has received numerous awards including recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer or Rising Star every year since 2019. Outside of work, Joe spends his time with his wife and co-founder, Chrysa, coaching their children’s basketball teams, skiing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams (Go Aggies, Texans, and ’Stros!)

Chrysa Jones
Co-Founder, COO
Chrysa Jones is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of StreamSettle, where she leads enterprise operations with an emphasis on driving relationship-based growth in the Insurtech space. Driven by a mission to establish StreamSettle as the industry standard for dispute resolution, Chrysa combines her dual expertise in education and law firm administration to optimize workflow efficiencies across insurance carriers, litigation teams, and court systems nationwide. Chrysa directed StreamSettle’s operational execution throughout its accelerator growth, completing a six-week residency at the Global Insurance Accelerator (GIA) in Des Moines, Iowa—pitching directly to C-suite executives and state regulators—and guiding the company through graduation of the elimination-based Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) in Madison, Wisconsin. Both GIA and CDL rank among Time’s top 15 startup accelerators in the world. Her featured presentation at the Guidewire Executive Symposium served as the catalyst for StreamSettle’s initial engagement with a top-10 carrier and established successful pilot implementations with P&C insurers across the country. Chrysa’s approach to operations stems from her time as Law Firm Administrator for Joe’s personal injury firm, where she experienced firsthand the costs of traditional litigation practices. A former competitive swimmer at TCU who earned her education degree from Texas State University, Chrysa taught in elementary schools across Texas, North Carolina, and Virginia. As an educator, she developed and coached writing strategies that were replicated district-wide across all three states—a framework for process improvement that drives her leadership style today. At her core, Chrysa is dedicated to preserving StreamSettle’s foundational value: providing a safe space to be reasonable in negotiations, bringing peace to an otherwise contentious space. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with Joe and their three children doing anything outdoors, especially swimming, snorkeling, and traveling.

Evan Lamoreux
Co-Founder, CRO
Evan Lamoreux is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer for StreamSettle, a litigation technology platform that simplifies negotiations and streamlines dispute resolution. As CRO, he drives strategic growth by connecting StreamSettle’s core values to law firms, insurance companies managing claims, and dispute resolution professionals. Evan brings 19 years of operational leadership from ConocoPhillips, where he managed complex engineering projects, led multidisciplinary teams, and delivered data-driven efficiencies across large-scale operations spanning major oil and gas assets, global wells programs, and supply chain initiatives. His approach combined data-driven decision making with strategic relationships across multiple stakeholders—a foundation that directly informs his understanding of the friction points in modern litigation and claims workflows. Off the clock, Evan lives by the 4 Fs—faith, family, friends, and fun. He shares life with his wife, Cristin, and three kids: Lawson (7), Noa (5), and Asher (2). When time allows, he hunts and fishes. Evan is energized by StreamSettle’s mission to transform how disputes and claims are negotiated and resolved.
