COST

If the case resolves on StreamSettle, each side is charged a fee in the amount equal to 1% of the settlement amount, with a maximum fee of $1,000 per side.*

*Users with at least one negotiated claim on StreamSettle prior to January 1, 2027, will be grandfathered into this fee cap.

EXPENSE

This case expense should be treated the same as you would any other cost for ADR, such as a mediation fee.
